Suzanne has written for numerous print and online publications on the subjects of food, family, music and pop culture. Her memoir Locavore in the City: Upside-down Gardening, Cheese-Making, Fermenting, Foraging and Other Delicious Local Pursuits will be published in early 2013. Suzanne is also doctoral candidate focusing upon creative nonfiction pedagogy and teaches writing at Berklee College of Music and Grub Street.
